This
month’s guest artist is Brisbane born and raised and draws his inspiration from
pop art and surf culture. Justin spends his time on the waters off the coast of
Western Australia where drawing is the best way to escape cabin fever. His
original works are pen on paper (A3 folio), that are photographed, have
background colour added by a computer program and finally printed on canvas or
as ‘ice prints’ (onto clear 8mm thick perspex) to amazing effect. This display
features three canvases and four ice prints. FYI: If you love the
artwork but not the colour, each piece is available to be printed on either of
the above mediums, with your choice of colour.

Enquires for being a guest artist at the studio in 2012 are
now being taken for July. If you or someone you know is looking for a friendly

Scarlett’s Delights are locally made
and include bracelets, necklaces, earrings (pierced), crochet flower and felt
flower pins. The felt fabric used is actually felted by Scarlett’s Delight … an
art in itself!
