A Warm Winters Welcome to All!!

The LITTLE Art Studio is very excited to share the news that artist-in-residence, LeesaB, entered four pieces into the Lethbridge 10000 Small-scale Art Award being held this month at Lethbridge Gallery. The competition finalists are on display at 136 Latrobe Terrace Paddington (Qld) between June 16 and July 1, with the winner announced on opening night, (June 16).

Unfortunately, LeesaB's entries did not make it into the finals. However her entries are on the net at Lethbridge Gallery’s on-line exhibit section, (from June 10). Or visit The LITTLE Art Studio to view the entries in person.

Guest Artist - Sebastian Cox

This month’s guest artist is photographer Sebastian Cox, who prints his wonderful views of Brisbane City onto canvas.

 Keepsake Boxes & Framed Tiles

These delightful framed tiles and keepsake boxes have been a big success with visitors to the studio. The cherrywood (stained) framed tiles measure 15.3 x 15.3cm with a tile depicting one of LeesaB’s flowers from her ‘Grandma’s Garden’ series, while the boxes are high gloss black wood, fully velvet-lined with a selection of LeesaB’s black and white works, measuring 5.5 x 13.8 x 13.8 cm. The frames are $30 and the boxes are $50.

New Guest Artists

Enquires for being a guest artist at the studio in 2012 are now being taken for August, November and December. If you or someone you know are looking for a friendly place to display your wonderful creations, contact the studio for more information.
